Houser Mouthpiece supplies CNC machined bell rings to many horn repair shops and manufacturers through out North America. We also do screw bell conversions and partial conversions where the bell branch is shipped to us for fitting and returned to your horn shop.

Since bell ring installation is unique for each horn, we encourage you or your horn repair shop to contact us directly.

In addition to a single bell ring set- male and female- we offer female rings with multiple male rings for players who use different bells.

We also offer individual male rings to match with female rings already installed on a horn.





Optionally we can engrave the female bell ring for you.





We offer ring sets with tapers ranging from 13 degrees to 17.5 degrees having several junction diameters. The popular "Alex" style threads on the sets.

Horn shops and brass techs, please call for Commercial prices. We can provide machining services to fit rings to supplied bell branches for you to do the final conversion.

Our bell conversions are done by Gene Wieland at our location. Gene is a former member of Houston and Denver Symphonies, Philadelphia Lyric,and Grand Opera Companies. Studied with Tony Horner, Jimmie Chambers, Ward Fearn, George Wardle. He was a Philadelphia freelance French hornist, now retired from playing and doing brass instrument repair with us.
