Shipping & Returns

USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method. Most orders arrive in 3 days. Priority International mail service is available for international orders.

RETURNS: Brass or Stainless Steel mouthpieces/rims/components may be returned after 10 days on trial.

We request you notifiy us of the return by email prior to the end of the 10 day trial period.

Products that are dented or scratched may not be returned and no refund will be issued.

Gold or Silver plated mouthpieces and components are subject to $8.00 restocking/clean up fee.

Stainless Steel mouthpieces and components are subject to a $4.00 restocking/clean up fee.
