The Deck model 3F features a .375 in (9.53mm) bore and 32.6mm I.D. rim. 33.2mm and 33.5mm I.D. rim options are available. The inner bite of the "F" rim is identical to the #3 however provides a flatter, supportive contour from mid-rim moving toward the outside. Select the Additional Images tab to see a cross sectional comparison.

This piece has all the free blowing characteristics of the original brass model with the benefits of stainless steel. It is not for the faint of heart. If you have a large horn with alot of resistance, this piece can be a good match.

The #3F works well with a .331 8.4mm bore and is offered with that option. The Mk.5 Ordnance model formerly the LM5, uses the Deck #3 cup with a .331 bore- it does not have the mass or same rim as the Deck models.
